Update: Coveting Your Prayers

Investigation continues on the deaths of Rich and Charlene Hicks, SIL International volunteer workers in the Wapishana language development project in Guyana since 1994. Friends and colleagues prepare to remember and celebrate their well lived lives in memorial services to be held in Whitby, Ontario, Canada on April 9 and in St. Charles, Minnesota on April 16.

My friends' prayer partner who lost a baby in miscarriage is healing and regaining strength. She and her husband are beginning to look forward to some original plans for ministry that had been adjusted because of the surprise pregnancy.

The SIL friend who had a brain aneurysm survived the delicate surgery and against the odds, is recovering. It was a success. She will have to endure at least three weeks of intense headaches as the brain heals. She may even return home from the hospital on Friday. Her kids will be so relieved to see her.

No new developments so far on Mary Tiongson's chemotherapy and radiation to treat her lymphoma cancer.

To God be the glory. Thank you for praying.
